The formulation and blending of quality raw materials create a consistent toner product. It is critical to get an homogenous blend of the toner material to insure that your remanufactured toner cartridge is consistent throughout the life cycle of the refilled toner cartridge.

Quality toners are formulated using resinous materials that sink into the paper. This enables the toner to withstand the rigors of the latest high-speed laser printers on the market today. The toner is then reduced in size to a fine powder. The particle size is controlled to within one half of one micron. This guarantees a consistent amount of toner deposited on the paper.
